(SP): Since 1954, Spencer-Pettus has
produced gears that keep our customers

From our origins as a gear specialist in
packaging applications, we have grown to
meet the needs of major industries –
expanding our expertise through the
acquisitions of Southern Gear Works,
Atlanta Gear, and Dallas Machine
Company.  

Today, we are one of the largest gear
manufacturers and machine shops in the
Southeastern United States. Our custom-
cut gears, precision rolls, machine parts,
fabrication projects, gearbox repairs, and
rebuilds for after-market applications
serving major industries in nearly any
conceivable industrial application, from
large and small customers across the
continental United States.

Dallas Machine Company Division
(DMC): A division of SP, DMC fabricates
machined components and products for
a verity of industries and industrial
applications.

State of the art laser cutting, CNC
machine tools and quality control
equipment assures the customer of
accurate and consistent parts. Shafts,
gears, pulleys, weldments, grinding,
cutting, rolls, etc. are a specialty DMC has
excelled in for many years.
